FLOWER ORDERS

All flower arrangement designs may vary from the specific images, due to variation in supplied flowers or seasonal flower availability. We will always attempt to make sure floral arrangements resemble the images on this site as much as possible, with the florist choice and expertise used where necessary for substitutions or variations.

DELIVERY OPTIONS & ORDER CUT OFF TIMES

We kindly ask that orders are received by 1pm for same day despatch or postal delivery.

Please note that all orders placed after 1 pm will be delivered the next working day.

We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday. If an order is placed for a Sunday or Monday it will be delivered on Tuesday.

We deliver locally within a 20 mile radius and national deliveries by mail postage which arrive the following day .

We endeavour to deliver your item on the preferred date you have chosen. If, however, there are unforeseen circumstances which prevent us from doing so, we will contact you by phone or email and inform you at the earliest instance.

Where third party postage is chosen, we cannot be held responsible for problems caused by the courier.
